Almond Flour is a great alternative to wheat flour, and its gluten free and high in protein !!
Take the pulp from the strainer bag after making almond milk Option 1 Spread almond pulp on a tray and place in dehydrator for 8 hours Option 2 Spread almond pulp on a baking tray and bake on the lowest heat for 8 hours .
Once almond pulp is thoroughly dried blend until pulp becomes a fine dust (flour)
The almond flour is great for making vegan cakes and goodies.
